Smiling faces to brighten your day: St. Patrick’s celebrations on campus

Students and staff at Latham celebrated St. Patrick’s Day throughout the day on Tuesday, March 17th. In a fun-filled day, students participated in arts and crafts activities and learned about the history of the holiday – many students celebrated their Irish heritage! Latham School’s kitchen staff put together a delicious and special meal fit for Saint Patrick himself. In small groups, students dined on Irish soda bread, corned beef, cabbage, carrots, mashed potatoes, green lemonade, and a shamrock shake for dessert.
